Smithsonian: “White Culture” Means Science, Planning for the Future and Hard Work

According to the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture “individualism,” “the nuclear family,” “be[ing] polite,” “plan[ning] for the future,” the “scientific method,” “hard work,” and “delayed gratification” are “aspects & assumptions of whiteness & white culture in the United States.”
